    Replacing F+R pads and rotors…

I just got my parts to replace the front and rear pads and rotors. I’ve got the Bentley but is there anything else I should know? Just thought I’d check before I start.

If you have all the parts you need and Bentley - you are good to go.

Hmm let's get a list going. What are all the parts you'd need to do it right?

          Rotors
          Pads
          Self-Locking nuts (part #s?)
          SS Lines
          Fluid
          Brake parts cleaner
          Maybe some anti-squeal?

Hmm, the bentley manual has too many faults in it to call it a bible or something similar.

I was looking at the rubber brake lines that go to the front calipers and they look dry and a little bit cracked – though not leaking. I would like to replace these – it this a part or do I just buy rubber brake tubing or something? Part number anyone? Any advice on opening up the brake fluid system?

                          Thanks in advance!
