My brakes stick on the more they're used, I think the master cylinder is not releasing. I have an m50 swap using an ix booster and e30 m3 brakes. A bigger master would firm up the brake pedal anyway, but what is close to 25 mm and fits the offset studs of the ix booster?

OK after a bit more looking around online, seems the E34 M5 part # interchanges with all e34 and e32 with the vacuum assisted brakes. Anyone know the internal diameter of it?For all things 24v, check out Markert Motorworks!Originally posted by mbonanniI hate modded emtree, I hate modded cawrz, I hate jdm, I hate swag, I hate stanceyolokids, I hate bags (on cars), I hate stuff that is slowz, I hate tires.

OK, answered my own question. For posterity, the 5/7 series master is listed as 25.4mm here:
"Diameter 1 [mm]: 25,4
Manufacturer Restriction: TRW
Number of ports: 2
Thread Measurement 1: 2xM10x1
from construction year: 04/1988"
Whereas the e30 ix master is listed as 22.22
"Supplementary Article/Supplementary Info 2: without brake fluid container
Bore Ø [mm]: 22,22
to construction year: 03/1993"For all things 24v, check out Markert Motorworks!Originally posted by mbonanniI hate modded emtree, I hate modded cawrz, I hate jdm, I hate swag, I hate stanceyolokids, I hate bags (on cars), I hate stuff that is slowz, I hate tires.
