Would such a combo keep from creating major brake bias?
Although braking systems are faily foreign to me I do know that keeping proper balance is the key to a fast stopping car. I've been reading through the tech articles on the Stoptech site which are very informative.
Tim, I have been looking into this exact issue. My understanding is that the ratio of cylinder size needs to remain within a small tolerance, like 5% or so.
I will be finding data on the 750i, the E34 540i, and the stock E30 325is cylinders, as well as the Z3 rear measurements.
I ASSUME I am gonna be using a 750i MC, 750i calipers and saddles, and Z3 rear brakes.
BMW is like the Euro Chevy, just love it!

Just plumb in an adjustable bias valve. I love mine, I can go from locking the fronts up going into a corner, to actualy getting brake dust on the rear rims, before the fronts. Thats with 4-pots up front, larger rear calipers, and 280mm disks all the way around.
