E30 x-brace: does it exist?

BTW - I get really annoyed when people call it (pronounce it) a "X-brace" like it some f-ing starwars product...It's Called a "Cross-brace"...

The e36 cross brace is in the shape of a X though, so I think it can legitimately be called an "X"-brace .
