well i just ordered my brakes..

I just ordered brakes, and I got ATE power discs(front), and Stock OEM(back) rotors. I ended up just getting the mintex pads that cost only $40 a pair, because im tight on money right now. I want to get a rotor paint so that the rotors will not rust. Anyone know what to get?

Just get the highest temp color of your choice, I think I used aluminum hot coat from Pep Boys, it holds up fine, may need to touch it up after a few years.

just tape off the surface of the rotor, and paint the centers with some high temp engine or header paint.

well the stuff im really looking for is the stuff that dave length used on his rotors on the M3. It looks awsome like that. He just didnt say what kind of stuff it was.

I am using VHT caliper paint for mine, its supposedly good shit. I will let you know in a couple days.

I painted my rotor hats with aluminum colored VHT Rotor/Caliper paint. It turned out really good, has kind of a metal flake to it too. I liked it so much I painted my headlight rings with it. :)
