just wondering if anyone has done/researched this...ive got some big brakes for the front but with those on i imagine it will upset the balance...moving the fronts to the back would help....any thoughts? of course i would need a bigger MC
Front brakes to rear

you can't just stick the front rotors and calipers back there.. they are completely different. there are BBK that come with front and rear, the IE kit comes to mind.
besides, the rear rotors are the same diameter as the front anyway.. the fronts just have more surface area. -
i know the front and rear rotors are diff.....the rears have a drum....if it fitted i could do without a handbrake, and if it doesnt i could use the rear disc anyway....another reason i wanted is that the fronts are vented....i also realise the front calipers are different....was thinking to make a bracket of some description so they would fitJUNGL3

Wilwood makes a brake bias valve
Wilwood makes a brake bias valve. Ireland Engineering sells it for $52. "The valve allows reduction of pressure to balance the braking of cars with too much rear brake." (according to the website). Maybe call Ireland and ask them if the valve can be used to move balance from a car with too much front brake. Or if there's another valve for that. Just a suggestion. I don't have first hand experience with this type of issue.
This product is listed on wilwoods website:

Most people just stick with a moderate BBK up front and call it good. There is enough trailbraking ability on the stock system, just get some good low-fade pads.
If you do a whole kit you have to run a bias valve because the back will lockup all the time. There just isnt enough weight back there under braking.
I would only upgrade the back if there was a whole kit designed to fit under 16" wheels. For the IE kit you need 17" wheels.Im now E30less.

yeah i got bottle caps at the mo...sold my 17's a while ago....the evo brakes for the front barely fit under a 16" wheel.....depends on the wheel....a brake bias valve is a good idea...however i hear they are illegal for the street? and expensive? im just wondering if the fronts DO fit on the rear...i dont even need big brakes now! i might give it a dummy run next time i bleed brakes...just for a laugh. having said this i imagine the stock brakes would be more than sufficient on the back....hmmm i like the idea of a valve...thanksJUNGL3
