    springs on an E30

Are there stock spacers in an 89 325is. I remember my 1972 2002 had spacers in the front. i didnt post this in the sticky lowering springs cause i thought it would get lost.

Are you talking about the rubber spring pads between the springs and the perches? If so, then yes.

it depends, there are several thicknesses for spring pads, from 3mm to 8mm, and the front are different from the rear.
