    Bump.

I'm looking at 60mm/40mm for the 318IS, does anyone else have any other opinions on their springs?

So far, the impression I have is that they are good, and for some reason people bring them up when IE Stage 3's and H&R Race springs are being talked about, are they as stiff at those? Are they well paired with Bilsteins?

    Thanks in advance.

but then you've got duty on top of that, talk to the guys at denon in BC thats where i got my H&R's and bilstiens paid 650cdn shipped to the east coast of canada, so i think i made out pretty well.

now this was 2 years ago so i don't know what it's like know but denon is amazing to deal with, anything i ever buy than can be bought there will be bought there.

they have an ad in European Car all the time i can't think of the number right off the top of my head so if you can't find it i'll take a look around.

I got 60/40s, theyre stiff and i like em a lot. . If my car was any lower I'd scrape a lot though. Be careful where you drive if you get them. Slammed is an appropriate term for your car when you slam the frame in to every parking lot ramp around.

I've got the 40/60's with bilstein sports. Currently my car is in peices and I'm in the middle of the install (as well as SFB's etc). I'll follow up with a review when I'm done. I got my springs about a year ago from ami. they were on sale for $150.

I seriously doubt they are as stiff as IE Stg.3.

KW sport suspension... Theres a 60/40mm drop kit along with there coil-overs.

NA KW distrubutor can't get you the 60/40mm last time I checked... Could have it now.
But Steve at www.Tunershop.com can get them for you.

Steve can get you various drops on his site. They have like 60/60, 40/30, or 55/30 or something. I stuck with 60/40mm.

I got mine from him and he's a very nice person. I met up with him locally and talked to him for along time about cars. hahaha..
Well anyways I really like my KW suspension... Slams the car and its pretty stiff but not sure how it compairs to other suspension set ups. I don't know how long these will last, it has last me along time now, and it seems like good quality and the company is well known. Alot of my cousins have KW coil-overs on there E39s and they like them alot.

I know my car is stiffer than my buddy's E30 that H&R sport springs on Koni or bilestins.

Hope this helps you. I would recommend the KW sport suspension kit.

I've got the FK 60/40 intalled. Perfect drop. Super tight. Almost too stiff on choppy roads. Probably more of a race spring and not as soft as H&R sports.
