350/475. I've been happy with it, but it may be a little too soft. I was told by Jay that the billies can't really handle much more than this though. -
500front/650rear with no rear bar, worked great in autocross. sold it to to switch to higher rates with the engine swap and wider/stickier tires.
I will probably end up with rates similar to what z31maniac posted above.Leave a comment:

Car first had 300/475 - the setup GC has given a lot of street E30s.
Then I got a set of 500/650 - was a lot faster around Auto-X course, have not been on a roadcourse yet. Of course stiffer, and more bouncey, but I have a blown strut.
I'd go 350+ in front... with a 500 in back or so.Leave a comment:

The 350/500 was on the car when I got it.
The 550/750 came about after a few different conversations with Jay and Frankie at Ground Control. Explained the engine (S52), sway bars (22/19), tires that would be used (sticky 235/40/17).
And came to those rates, but with no rear bar.Leave a comment:

440/700 on my two coupes and 440/800 on the 'vert.
For me this is the best combo for balance and comfort...firm but not harsh.Leave a comment:

BRonzit was 350/500 when I got it.
After S52 was 550/750
The 318is, not sure, I'd have to ask the PO or take the wheels off, but I'm wanting to say something in the 325/475 range I think?Leave a comment:

300f 475r
running them because that's what they had attached when I got them. Not a bad ride, old people complain but I think its nice.
Switching it up to 600f 700r soon though.Leave a comment:
