    IE camber plates

mine make lots of clunking noises over even to most miniscule bumps when I'm moving slowly. At speed, the noises and clunking feeling associated are gone
Has anyone else had this problem? Did I leave something loose? My best guess would be that the shock itself isn't tightened down all the way.. I was in a hurry and didn't drive around to set them at all if necessary

Impact gun the main nut, see if it tightens up any.

Is the collar that holds the strut in the tube fully tightened? I had a problem with mine vibrating itself loose a lot, had to throw some loctite on it.

Let's drive fast and have fun.

        e36 suspension ;) doesn't use inserts :)
I impacted it on with a 3/8" drive impact but I think the special washers just had to seat themselves while driving, so I'll snug them down with a 1/2" impact tomorrow morning
        thanks guys

Word. I checked mine out yesterday and the damn thing had backed All the way off.

Make sure you have the washers under the main nut. Mine was making noise and the nut was all the way down... there just weren't any washers in there.

Mine have not made any noises since installing them two weeks ago. May be luck, but I prefer to think it's because everything I do turns out perfectly. ;)
