IF you want to do it for cheap here's an option for you.

    Cosmo coilovers - $240.
    Cosmo camber plates - $120.
Billy sport front strut inserts - $220.
    KYB shocks rear - $100

Done. Low. Cheap. Not nearly as good as GC and longevity will be nonexistent with the exception fo the front struts. If you shop around you may be able to do better. I have a friend who has been autocrossing on Cosmos for 3 years with no problem (318ti). However, he has been running Konis and has changed out the springs for different rates. The sleeve that came with the cosmo kit is still on and working fine with no issues.

Best of luck and I still agree with everyone else that it is better to use the GC kit.

Your avatar looks like an early model though, so the back will look higher no matter what. Your best bet to fix it with those springs is to stack some pads up front and take them all out in the rear.

That white e30 looks great. Whats the wheel/ tire setup sizes specifically.

Do they have something similar but like a 60/40 drop instead? I just don't want the back so high like that. More of something that is level all around.

That pretty much what I was looking for especially around that price. But is there a way to lower it the same all around. Perhaps a 60/40 drop? Is that what your running with the hats?

I don't want you to think that is all you should get. It's just for the money that you will spend on springs and the lowering shocks(you will have to buy them no matter what) you could buy the GC and get a much better suspension.

When I was doing my first E30 suspension I found TMS has the best price for their H&R kits. Here is the link and as you can see it is not that much more for the GC setup. And after personally driving both I went with the GC. The only way you can out do the GC setup up is buying 1,800 kits.

Springs are sold to a friend as soon as they come off the car, sorry lol.
And I'm using my Bilstein sports on the coils.

Again that is no excuse, I have as listed in my room: trunk lid, m50/c101 harness, Mishimoto radiator, three complete e30 grills(2us 1euro) 7 clusters, three or four boxes of relays, nuts, bolts and random e30 stuff. 4 months ago I had 17" rims and 15" BBS weaves 4x100 in my room too. Sold the BBS and threw the others in te shed.

That does not count both of my sheds and my Uncles garage.

Save and buy the GC and use the money you would have spent on some e30tech rear camber kit and aGC front camber plates.

And do this. I'm doing this soon, just trying to build the pieces together.
It isn't expensive and just takes some fabbing. (He isn't talking about the $1000+ kit either).

My 2 cents is wait and get the GC setup. You will be happy you did.
