I think people tend to go too soft, when what you need to be is stiff enough for a given ride height, and have good damping. -
I'm running 600F/700R, super stiff, but soft enough for me. Awesome track set-up though
But for a DD, it all depends on you, your always welcome to take a ride in my e30 and see how stiff it is, but I'm not sure the next time I'll be up in LB.Originally posted by audiquattrotbimmers b4 b*tches....remember that.

It's all about personal preference. I'm running 450/600 and UUC swaybars (22/19mm) and I like it a lot. To me it's a good balance betweeen ride and responsiveness; coupled with the swaybars I get very little body roll, but it IS a pretty firm ride--if you're used to a cadillac you won't be very impressed with the ride. If you're used to driving cars with modified suspensions, you'll be happier with it.paint sucksComment

Fronts are a little soft for my taste, but it is definitely streetable and this is on shitty providence/new england roads.Originally posted by FredKHowever, in your absence, I will likely sit in your seat buck naked while making racecar noises as if I were maxing your E30 out on the Mulsanne Straight while allowing the perforated vinyl to soak up my butt sweat (going 200 mph does that to you).

I don't have GC's but I'm running 450#front/675#rear. Everything else is stock.
The car handles great, but if I could choose again, I might go a little higher. The shitty roads in my area make me want stiffer springs so my tire wouldn't hit my fender as much.
