ive completed the 5lug conversion with the e36 tidbits, but my front ride height is a little too high. about 1/2" highter that before. does anyone make the lowering spring hats for the e36m3? bmp used to have them....but i cant find them anymore. thanks in advance. jason

Thanks for the input. I'm currently using e36m3 spring hats (with e36m3 bilsteins and e30 h&r springs.) Spring diameter on the two is the same, but spring height / spring hat offsets are different. The stock e30 spring hats have a 23mm offset (spring sits 23mm past the mounting washer)....anyone know the stock offset on the e36m3 spring hat? Is the spring hat different on the 95 vs the 96+? yes they exist but they are garbage.. buy different springs if you want to lower your car more or camber plates as mentioned above. TJ had the 10mm hats on his car and I bought a set to experiment with but I ended up selling them for $25...Comment
