I can't decide between b&g springs or Ireland Engineering 3 springs. Which are softer which are stiffer? Which ones seem to have a lower ride height? Any answers, suggestions would be appreciated!

I love the way it drives, a little body roll but perfect for a daily. A good set of sways and you are good to go.

Due to the crappy roads up north, I'm moving on to some Megan coils with more appropriate rates. I'll also be able to drop the front a little more 8)

Here is my wheels I want to run on my sedan, I test fit them on my coupe. The coupe is on billy sports and eibach pro kit springs, idk if there are drop hats.

I'm looking to get the car down to the rubber prettymuch.. is there another set of springs that could get me there (or if I run drophats?)

JOMs adjusted all the way down in front.
                            No adjusters in the rear.
No modification to from strut tube, still have spring perches in.

EDIT: Ill add a pic of the pan clearance. Benefit of having an m20. Decent amount of room for as low as it is.

I don't even own this car anymore, but I'm too lazy to change the picture.

Custom lowering springs with Stagg shocks all around. E90 spring hats with both pads in place for front and back.
