New Wheels = Need to go lower

So tonight I just bought some 15" diamond racing steelies and Im gonna need to go alot lower. The car is only on tokico lowering springs which only bring it down about an inch. I was on cut coils a while back which had me down 2+ inches and i was still on bottle caps and it looked pretty good. But now I need to go wayyyy lower for things to fit right.

My question is by what means do i need to get lower. Im thinking I have to go coilovers which is fine, but I cant find any "e30 coilovers for dummys" online. Im looking to spend a grand or less. I was talking to some dude at a meet saying he got his coils for like 600 bucks but he had do a bunch of fab work. Which coilovers are a bolt on setup? Im guessing IE3 springs or H&R race springs wont be enough.

    Springs now:

Surely you don't intend to stick to that tire size? It's grossly undersized for a 15", which contributes to the huge fender gap you have now.

I plan on swapping them out. Still trying to decide what size to go with. I only want a lil bit of stretch and for them to look normal. Thoughts?

Get a 205/50. Thats what I ran on my 15's
Anything smaller than that on a 15 looks stupid.

Your never going to get low enough on a 15inch wheel and small tire with an e30. even if you did run short koni shocks and cut your housings 3 inches.

Ground control coils and billie sports with stock upper strut mounts in that pic.

Do you have to weld anything for that?

You dont have to, but I would suggest welding the perch on that ground control supplys with the coil kit.
