    CAB lube

Just did a suspension refresh and upgraded to urethane offset bushings. Lots of squeekin going on...from previous threads I remember reading various applications of either "to" or "not to" do's and now forget which it is. Can I dab a little bit of lithium grease or something else in the bushing to quiet the CAB?

Poly bushings require lube or else they'll squeak. A synthetic grease is safe to use, like synthetic brake grease.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

My AKG's continued squeaking after lubing them with some thick black brake caliper grease. Guess what finally shut them up? I got some cheap home depot wire brush, removed its handle, then fit it in my drill. Honed the inside of the bushings out just a little, then regreased, never squeaked ever again!

I use "Marine Wheel Bearing Grease", the stuff is sticky and slimy. Probably isn't the best for your bushings as you are supposed to use synthetics, but I did over 100,000 miles on a set of Energy CABS with no issue.

All I read was lube so I would say talk to blunt.
