These forums have more buying power than any ad campaign. Like lemmings most of them. It's a good job I'm poor or I'd be swamped with carbon fiber headrests and billet aluminum coffee cup holders.

      Shock valving.

You can't tune a shock to a spring.
I've worked crew wrench for about a dozen TrasAm races and have observed shock tuning with fully adjustable Penskes. From track to track the springs varied by 250#/inch, and bars by 175#/inch. Shocks were the last thing they dialed in. If they are anywhere in the ballpark, the fine tuning was for the last few tenths of a second per lap. On TA cars body roll was 1.5-2 degrees. You had to do everything within 1.5" of shock travel. 15 years ago you sent Bilstein car weight, spring rate, wheel rate, and wheel travel. You got them back and ran them until they wore out. Today, a data acquisition/shock guru gets hundreds of dollars a day plus expenses.
Moral: Mere mortals get "Sport" and other such subjective types. Keep the wheels on the ground!

So will OTS Koni's be Ok w/ IE Stage III springs (ride height, stiffness) ?

          Will they work?

If they cover the range of suspension travel, they will work with any spring you put on the car. To get the "best" shock for a given setup, you need to consider a lot of other factors like is the pavement washboard or heaves and dips, etc?
My personal opinion is that Bilsteins and Koni's are good stuff and that 99.99% of people would need to read the label or see the color to tell the difference.

Can anyone confirm that TCKline and Ground Control offer TOP adjustable rears, as opposed to the compress/twist to adjust rears?

i would like to know the difference about the koni's on GC's website. They sell for $520usd and there's an option for custom e30 for an extra $150~.
whats that extra? is it this whole GC style or is it something else?

                    $520 is standard, OTS Konis.

$670 is the stiffer ones, with top adjustable rears.
