H&R Sports are really soft. Anyways, it doesn't matter much. It would be the shock that matters more than the spring, and Bilstein Sports aren't very stiff either.

Let's drive fast and have fun.

Jrowe - Dude! If you blew threw your RSMs in 4 days- most likely you didn't install the bottom U-shaped disk. I wasted a set of e46 mounts that blew out one in an hour, and the other after a few days... but after putting those little disks on the bottom - they are nice and solid.

Some of the beefier shock mounts can take not having that U-shaped disk there--but I wouldnt risk it. You can get the disk from the dealer ..

      Preparation:

Step 1 (putting on the rubber bumpstop)

Step 2 (putting on the U-shaped disk upside down--it
stops on the shock since there is a notch on the shaft)

Step 3 (what it looks like once you put the shock mount,

upper disk, and nut on it--this is if you run it without dustcovers)

      Step 3 - closeup shot

      I chose to install dusctovers..

Step 4 - to install the dustovers, dissamble, and now put that

bottom disk inside the top of the tube

Step 5 - so that it looks like this!

Step 6 - put on the shock mount, cardboard gasket, then ram

it up from the bottom in the wheel well as follows:

and then with the dustcover on it will look like this---

you can see the gasket there --and the inverted U-shaped

disk is there inside the dustcover, underneath the bottom

of the shock mount, distributing the pressure..
