Springs that will slam my car

Instead of doing coil overs... what springs/shocks can I run out there that will slam my car and give a raked stance? I have cut IE springs, Biggest mistake of my life.

    Any help is appreciated. thanks!

Assuming you're on/hitting bumpstops. That's as low as it's going to get.
Eibach pro-kit and 60/60 kits seem to be the lowest I guess though.

Do you want your car to ride like shit? One reason people with slammed cars have coilovers is to get really hard springs so the car doesn't bounce off the bump stops all day long. If you want slammage , you need stiff springs and shocks so the suspension doesn't move much.

^ you also need the shortened shock bodies to allow travel not just hard springs

          +1

I went from IE3s to GCs as well.

Just curious, why do you hate the cut IE3s? I've been running them on the street/track/autox with great success everywhere for about 3 years. Is it not low enough for ya? What shocks/struts are you using?

I have never once hit the bumpstops.

My sig shows FK 60/40 w/Bilstein sports. Rides pretty good, but I have absolutely nothing to compare it to.

They just make crazy noises, I dunno why?

I want lower, they are Bilstien shocks.

I've cut 1/2 coil from the top and 1/2 coil from the bottom. I have no odd noises and have never bottomed out. I don't know how much you've cut already, but I'd try cutting more. I'm not aware of any stock sized lowering springs that offer a higher spring rate. good luck with whatever route you choose.

If you already have bilstein sports, just slap on the GC coil kit. its only 400 bucks and you can choose your spring rates.... most spring kits come close to that price anyway.

                            lmao what?

And if my math is correct, lol, it means you pretty much cut 1 coil which is what everyone has done without any sacrifice. I even think Janderson has 1 coil cut on his E30.

you can cut more. but i would cut your bumpstops as well, otherwise you'll be close to your bumpstops

edit: i would get coilover sleeves. There's not much reason to stay with stock size springs if youre looking to get low. And if you want slammed, you're going to need to go farther than that
