    Who has m3 springs?

How do you like them? how are your stock shocks holding up? would tou rather have gotten real springs and shocks?

Search, there have been so many topics on this. They will blow your stock shocks and they are not worth the effort for installing them. They are soft and barely lower the car.

I am very happy with my M3 springs & Bilstein tourings. The car is slightly lower and is a nice compromise between firm & comfortable.

Bobby had these on his old black car. They do give a nice little drop and are just stiff enough to have fun with. I would do it for a temporary setup.

Im pretty sure the shocks are less then a year old, and they are not oem, so i might have to try it.

Just save your money and time and do it right the first time.

well the setup i would like would be like GC's konis new bushing sways and mounts which would be like 2000. Not soemthing i really want to do right now. plus if my dad found out i spent even more money on "the worlds most expensive 318" as he says, he wouldnt really like it

the m3 springs are in the mail btw, but i still dont know if i should put them on (hardly any more work from how the car is now) or just leave it. when i put the toyo t1-r's on soon the car is goign to have way to much traction for the suspension

I am sure there are 318s out there with more money thrown at them. My 72 2002 had 7k in it in 1984. I'd have been lucky to get 2k for it until a drunk ran into it, blew it up and I got the whole 7k! (keep your reciepts boys)!

The bilstein Heavy Duty shocks will hold up with M3 springs, the M3 shocks come from revalved Heavy Dutys, but normal OEM Boge or whatever the other brand, I wouldn't bother. As for putting in springs not being a lot of work, it actually is a lot of work. You need a spring compressor, which can be very dangerous, but the rear is farely easy.
I think you can get springs, shocks, bushings, sway-bar links (if that is what you are talking about) for less than $2,000, I would guess around $1,100 or so, but I think if you have the HDs, put the M3 springs in and forget about GCs until you really feel the need to, which may not even be once you experience the M3 springs.
