Teaguer's second pic is good, spacers under the rack, spacers between halves after they pass each other. It shows the mods well.

Fuck me this thread is a disaster!

Yes, rack spacers below the rack to correct or dial out unwanted bump steer.
Knuckle linkage spacers between the 2 halves after they are intertwined.

Just edited that e30tech pic to be more clear.

OP and LJ you guys should edit your posts where you quoted the first pics.
Just remove the pics or add in this new pic url so this thread remains clear and doesn't put misinformation out.

                My new pic: :D

I also removed that pic of the rack spacer from my post because I noticed it says put the spacer above the rack which is incorrect.

                    Fucking e30tech FTL!!!!
I got those pics from the link posted above. Fucking noobs over there!
                    Agreed.

Rack spacers definitely go below the rack
Here are some pictures I took for reference

I would still be interested in seeing your power steering line routing/bending if you get a chance

I've read it over and over..."put the spacers under the rack" so the CA and tie rods are parallel. Perhaps my M10 sump is different but there was no room to raise the rack and get the spacers underneath so these pics are "spacers on top"

Sure look parallel with the spacer OVER the rack and my previous bump steer is 100% gone. Keep in mind that I have Eibach Prokits so maybe this configuration offset that change.

Spacers on top is does not appear to be always best. Dunno...just sayin'
