Powder Coat Coil Springs?

I've got a set of OE E30 M3 springs for my wife's car and am planning on getting them and the sway bar powder coated lime green before rebuilding the front suspension.

Will powder coating hold up on coil springs with the flexing and all? The place I plan on taking them says it should be fine.

Is there any issue with heating up the springs during the process?

All Eibach springs are powdercoated at the factory. As long as the job is quality you'll be fine.

My H&R's are also I believe, but just wasn't sure if it's a different process used during manufacturing of the spring. I get all OCD about this kinda thing. ;)

i got mine powder coated light blue.
i havent driven on them but i've had them compressed and there's been no signs of damage on the paint.

All Ohlins springs are powdercoated from the factory, it's not an issue.
