NO, that no-name cosmo vendor is selling you components needed for a coilover setup (2.5" spring diameter), you've got to cut and weld them on (at least for the fronts).Comment

Our coilover sleeves, damper hats, and spring seats are made from high quality billet T6061
It's a typical low quality conversion. You don't need to weld anything. You can trim the factory perch so the adjuster will thread all the way down.

I dunno- that ebay pic looks like it's generic. Even the factory uses inserts for the E30...
..and those look like e36 struts anyway...
but yeah, if the KYB's are inserts, not struts, you do still have to 'perch' the
sleeves.
And yes, the parts wouldn't be a bad match.
