How do I go lower in the rear?

Alright guys, haters are gonna hate, but hey, it's my car.

So I have AST4100's on my car and just installed my rear spring/strut. To my surprise, with the springs winded down to the lowest setting, the car was sitting higher than my cut eibach springs... weird.

Any ideas how i can go lower in the rear?
Does the spring rate really make a difference? I think right now its H&R either 600 or 800. And the spring is literally like 5" or 6" tall? Its a really small spring. Help me?

What was the reason for choosing the AST's? They are for the most part designed for competition vs a stanced look.

Reason I went with AST is for the performance. I take the time to readjust them for the track so that's my defense. I'm also into the stance scene.

When I remove the adjuster, it gets kind of scary because the spring is not sitting nicely in the spring seats... and plus, the spring is so small, if I raise the rear and release the pressure from the shocks, the spring will literally fall out.

Any springs you guys recommend thatll help me go lower?

I believe GC and IE both sell pads to fit the 2.5" coilover spring in there without an adjuster.

Most slammed people are running a 2.5" diameter coilover spring in their desired length and rate.

                ^ Yep.
To get the low look you have to run your desired rate and 4-5" spring without the adjuster.
Don't worry about it falling out, it wont. Unless you are doing Dukes of Hazzard type flights you will be ok.

IE centering pad should get you good to go. If you want new springs i have 4.5" 650 springs that are tapered on top to use the factory spring pad. The great part is they are made by the same company AST uses.

Are these the spring pads you guys are talking about?

And how much are you selling the springs for, I might be interested.
