    Which Koni Yellows

    Hi guys,

I've got some Bilstein Sport shocks right now and I cannot stand the ride on them, they are terrible/way too stiff for my tastes. I'd like to get some Koni Yellows, but just curious if there's any particular set I need to buy ('89 325i with S50 swap). I see people using Mustang Koni Yellows etc... I was just going to order the 86-91 E30 Koni Yellows.

I am running some custom springs (500/650?) on the Bilsteins, and I believe they have adjustable shock perches.

Thanks for any help offered. :D

I would just order the standard spec E30 Konis assuming your front struts aren't shortened.

I'm willing to bet your ride is a bit firm due to those stiff-ish rates though.

Yeah, and my almost bald tires. I'm also running some polyurethane bushings...

Spec E30 Konis? I thought SE30 required the Billy Sports?

I'd at least cut down my bump stops before I started buying more parts, although with those springs and poly bushings, your shocks may not be the source of the issue.
