You'll blow them in a couple days. Depending on how low you are it could be not terrible as long as you're not sitting on the bump stops. My rear shocks have been blown for months but the spring rates sort of make up for it so it's not terribly bouncy. Traction sucks though.
But if your shocks are original they're probably blown anyways, in which case the higher spring rates would make the overall feel of the car much better. The first car I ever rode in was an e30

Ehh sorta. They're really valved for stock setups. If you're going low enough, get Camaro KYB GR2's ($50 for the rear pair) since they're valved for a much heavier car and therefore higher spring rates. But you'll still need to decide on struts. Tokico HP's from an MR2 are a decent solution depending on your spring rates. I'm gonna run 425lb up front and that's what GC recommended. The first car I ever rode in was an e30

i was thinking doing 450/600 and sometime being stock height and sometimes dropped at bit i live in the mountains tho so i cant always leave it slammed and need something i can change due to snow and dirt if their is no other ways ill just do billy sport was just wondering of any other cheaper shocks i could use for awhile so i dont have to buy the a full set of billy Dampeners and the GC kit in one goComment

Tokico Illuminas are $58 each right now (link is in that thread in off topic). Those may be fine although I can't really find much on them. For the rear, there's definitely cheaper options but it all depends on what you want. If you're fine with destroying the Boge dampers you can just use them for now and get billies later. I think it'd be a waste to get medium range shocks now, then bilsteins later--but it's also a waste to ruin your current dampers. The first car I ever rode in was an e30
