list for suspension overhual/making camber plates

here is my list for what i will be doing to my suspension hopfully soon

    IE stage 3's
shocks and struts (some used koni's i hope)
powerflex offset bushings (when were they updated?)
rear subframe bushings (are the rtrs ones good?)
stock rear trailing arm bushings i guess.
IE's toe and camber adjustment kit for the rear

what rear shock mounts would you recommend

    anything im missing?

and it doesnt seem like it would be too hard to make some camber plates. one circular plate to hold the stock strut mount with a few bolts comming out if it in the middle and another plate with some slots in it for the bolts sticking out if the other plate.

Good luck making the needle bearings and spherical bearing.

Just buy the camber plates, they are cheap.

id just use the stock bearing, kind of like thses only hopfully with more adjustment, and with a design similar to the ones that use differnt bearings

After you make those you will see why you won't be able to make with more adjustement....

Again... Just buy camber plates, they are cheap.

they are something like 250. im trying to not dump too much money into this car even though i probably wont ever sell it.

are u sure more adjustment couldnt be had? im not concered about gaining more then the 1 1/4 degree negitive those have. I just want more then 1/2 positive

The strut tower gets in the way if you try to adjust it out too far.

The first set pictured is for 2.5id springs. Smaller springs and those plates allow for a much larger amount of adjustment.

Nick I just don't understand how you like to do everything it is you do halfass. You have more then enough money to do everything right the first time.

                  I'm slammed.

I have no form of camber correction, front or rear.

Rotating my tires are proper intervals has eliminated any wear problems.

Flip your tires left to right, front to back every 3000mi or so and you won't ever have an issue.

i will probably have to wait till summer to flip them left to right due to the tread pattern

That, or just drive the piss out of your car so that you wear the outside shoulders out before you have a chance for camber-induced wear.

I haven't had a set of tires wear out prematurely on the inside due to excessive camber.

And Jordan is right, don't halfass something over $200. Do it right the first time.

Care to explain why? T1R's are directional yes, but are symetrical. You can flip them left to right all day long...

they look symetrical but they really arent. how much do places ussually charge to rotate the tires accross to a differnt rim any ways?

Directional tires are not symmetrical. They can only run on one side of the car (rotation arrow).

You can dismount and swap them though.
