    Go with H&R Sport... PERIOD.

Please PLEASE do not put stock springs in there.

I do not understand why not some ST springs.

        $70 for never used springs?

Would you be interested in a swap for my HR Sports. I bought them new 4 years ago (20k miles)? I would need to consider it a bit more, but thought I would throw it out there just to get the ball rolling...

I know Mark well and would think they are correct. Even if I decided not to swap, I could let you drive my car so you can get a feel for what the sports feel like. Also, I saw you are trying to sell your seats, might be interested in that too..

agreed. even bilsteins alone will make the ride considerably stiffer. they are "better" from a performance standpoint but Konis ride a lot nicer.

Vogtlands are an EXCELLENT DD spring. 1.5 inch drop and the ride quality is softer . I loved them on my first e30.

ST Springs are pretty stiff. Kinda to stiff for the terrible roads around here
