Stance still wrong after new H&R's

Put on a set of new H&R's on my 88 ix bc the old ones were shot and the wrong ones come to find out. It still sits way to high in the front but the rear is the right height. i dont want to space up the rear any but get the front down. Any ideas??? If not i guess ill have to cut the front springs but hate to cut new springs but i will bc this stance just sucks. The are 50409.

e90 hats or drop hats will get the front down a bit.

      or they'll just break things.

Tell me again why you're trying to slam an iX?

tear out the rubber pads to level things out too. How long have the springs been installed for?

im not trying to slam it but when the front sits up higer thant the rear it just looks stupid. Look and the huge fender gap in the front. It looks like i just lowered the front. see how nice my 7 sits. I dont want it this low but you get the idea. i guess im just gona have to get some coilovers bc this just is not doing it for me. i might try the e90 hat or find some drop hats first.

Give the springs a couple of weeks to settle, if you're still not happy with the drop., remove the front spring pads as mentioned earlier, if that doesn't do it, go ahead and get the different drop hats. Once you've done all that and you still are not happy, cut the dead coil and stance your IX.

Thye have been on since mid October so they have settled about all they are gona do. Ill take the pads out but i think the drop hats will help and if not then it time to cut. Any suggestions on either stock e90 or other. If other which one and im guessing they will all fit and ix. Btw Iron-E that E30's looking good nice and clean.

Taking the pads out and putting on some e90 drop hats will give you close to an inch of drop

It should look fine after that

Pads and those e90er hats are pretty much the last thing you can do.
Camber plates are also another option that will remove stack height.
Though, it is an iX and I know stuff is different, so..

That 7 look familiar. I think you stopped updating your one-off turbo build for it on bfc!! Updates!!

It looks to me like the body of the car is sitting pretty darned level, if a bit down in the front. The fender gap is a different issue. The front fenders are a higher than the rear so the same drop all around will result in a greater front gap.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Honestly, it definitely looks like the front is sitting slightly higher, but hey; we might need more pictures for that

Anyway, just back to let you know that GC camber plates will reduce stack height by another 12mm; coupled with removing spring pads (~8mm) and the drop hats (15mm) you'd be getting almost 35mm of drop with increase travel (because of the camber plates [Thats good])

                        That's abut 1 3/8" of drop

Mix and match what you think is needed

Are the rear spring pads installed? If not remove the front/install e90 hats and replace the rear pads. That should even everything out. Camber plates will gain you about another 11-12mm of drop.

i had acl surgery in october so she has been on hold but im finally back at it and finishing up the fans and routing the vacume lines and it should be ready to run. ill put a video up as soon as i get it running.

I just got some e90 hats today so ill give them a whirl and remove the pads and see what i looks like. If it still needs to go down ill get some gc camber plates for it. the rear already has them. Thanks everyone for all the great info. Hopefully this will get her sitting right.

Not sure if this is a knowlege issue, or a reading comprehension issue, but op has an ix. No drop hats for him.

I dont think there are any camber plates out there that mount conventionally and have much less stack height than the ix mounts
