Steering Rack Rebuild or Seal Replacement?

My power steering rack started to puke fluid out of the passenger side. It's coming from inside the boot.

Is there a seal in there that I can replace or is my rack toast?

Racks are cheap enough that I would buy a rebuilt, and send the core in. has been excellent for me and many others here. They do more than just reseal the units, and are VERY knowledgeable to what our BMW scene likes.

Is there a preferred vendor for the R3v crowd?
