Does anyone have pics of where to grind down the E90 tophats?

The old thread had the pics taken down, justlooking to make sure my suspension doesn't catch due to the sharp edges of the top hats. Thanks in advance.

I had the 15mm ones that Blunt used to sell and I never had any problems. I'm assuming it's where the lip on them juts out the most.

Nothing needs to be ground down.

From what I read, The only issues were if you do not use the proper washer stack up. Should have 1 plain washer and 1 thin concave washer that is directly under the upper strut tower bearing, items 7 and 8. I am running H and R Sport Springs, Bilsteins Sports and E90 Drop Hats and no issues at all.

I've read that you need to grind the corners from some and some that haven't had to do anything, which is what put me off doing this.

can anyone take some pics of their setup after a couple miles to see if theres any scoring or any parts?

Ive never heard this from the E90 ones but from the 15mm. Using the correct washer is key but rubbing happen more when the strut mount bearing rubs on the hat and most people don't replace put new bearings in aswell.
