    No, not cutting the lollipop, cut the metal ring that's part of the bushing. One thin slice in it will release the tension and it will be knocked out pretty easily.

        Yeah, that's what I was thinking cause cutting the lollipop would defeat the purpose of what I want to do. What would be an easy way to cut it?

          Take them to a shop and have them do it. $20 and an hours time and they are done. Then install them on the car yourself.

            Hacksaw. Remove LCA from bushing, cut through metal liner of bushing with hacksaw, knock in a side of the metal liner with a hammer, knock the whole bushing out of the lollipop. Freeze the new bushings, soap them, line them up to the lollipop, hammer the fuck out of them until they seat.

              I've successfully used a ball joint press that you can rent from local auto parts stores to press in and out new cabs. Like posted above you press the old one out with the new bushing.
