Nope. When you go in, they are normally used to dealing with business account customers, but they will sell to anyone.

Best place to go to get NLA bolts is a place like fastenal, they will always likely have it in stock, of high quality and only marginally more expensive (when we are talking about bolts that means only more expensive by a few cents).

I know for a fact the local BMW dealership here goes to fastenal for their NLA or quick turn around bolts. I have seen the techs in there on multiple occasions.
