    V-Maxx Coilovers

Hey guys, I'm looking into some V-Maxx Coilovers

    Here is a link

This website is for sale! stratmosphere.com is your first and best source for all of the information you’re looking for. From general topics to more of what you would expect to find here, stratmosphere.com has it all. We hope you find what you are searching for!

I see that, they only offer then for the E36 and Z3, but I'm pretty sure an E36/Z3 coilover will fit on an E30 ? ... the kit has the same setup as the Ground Control stuff, with a True coilover in the front, and an adjustable spring perch in the rear.

Do u guys think these will work on an E30 ?

I'm not sure if I've got this right, but is there cutting involved on the front strut... something about cutting and welding... cant quite remember, as I'm pretty sure the front strut on an e30 is one piece.

Although that loos good... I can get these over here in South Africa for about $600

so less than half the price... and then I still need them to be shipped over here :)

I always figured that if the springs are to soft, I know a company who will make me up some for a reall good price, to my spec :)

Ok, I searched and I can't find anything about cutting the strut collar... but I know I 've seen it on the forum here before...

I'm pretty sure that the E36/Z3 ones will work, as the Z3 has almost an identical rear setup to the e30.

e36 front struts and spindles are two pieces. e30's are integrated. that's the only problem. unless you wanted to swap to all e36 stuff up front, and deal with caster and steering geometry issues.
