Low is just fine for daily driving if you're careful. These cars are ridiculously forgiving. You just have to do things like NOT hit raised manhole covers, stray rocks, slow down for major road anomalies, etc.

I'm not saying your downpipes or exhaust will look pretty, but to get these cars sitting correct, you've got to pay to play.

To get my car up I drive up onto 2x4s then bricks, then use my stock jack to get the car up another inch so I can slip a hydraulic jack underneath. Not that big a deal.

I had the real KW 60/40's and they were very stiff, I'd say about the same as H&R race.

So are they soft as in they will bottom out and sag over bumps, or just too much body roll for autocrossing and such. Because I was going to get some KW/ST 60/40s. Its for my daily driver with occasional crappy roads.

THey arent super soft I just need to run super stiff rates for my low offset wheels. I really dont have anything to compare these to. They are much stiffer then stock but not as stiff as I need. I only rub when I have others in my car and I also have a big sub in the trunk.

The ST stuff is good just not made out for what I need.

8atman... you don't need to run super stiff rates.

I have the lighter of the two standard choices and I def think I made the right call.

i would be more worried about smashing a hole through my oil pan then what my downpipes look like, my car is lowered with god knows what spring and the original shocks. ive only gone through one oil pan... so far.

remember one thing with your lowered cars : what will you do when you get a flat tire on the highway? call aaa? that sucks.

i had a bitch of a time gettin a jack under mine but i did it somehow, also carrying a floor jack around in your trunk sucks, my battery cover is destroyed .

You just have to be aware when you drive a slammed car, I never scraped my oil pan and my e30 was lowww.

Carry mini ramps or wood blocks in your trunk not a floor jack.
