Cup kit sucks ass. Don't install it on a car you plan to drive.

                Carr Industries Inc

To clarify why errol was added to the block bidders list.

When we get an angry person on our ebay store that will leave us bad feedback we do not allow them to purchase. We only deal with BMW enthusiasts and others wanting to learn about the car or product. We are here to help our customers in every way possible and provide the most accurate information from our experience.

I want to thank our existing customers for their support and invite new customers to our website. We are a six bay shop and have been in business since 1985. Our website is www.carrindustries.com We offer discounts and advice to BMW enthusiasts and will try to match prices to give our customers the best price.

For the record, the H&R 50404.88 race springs will lower most E30 Six cylinder cars 2.0 or more inches when used with the correct struts and shocks. Some E30 cars may be less. I always explain this when someone calls.

If you need help with your order or just need some tech advise, don't hesitate to call. The advise is free. Speak with anyone at our shop.

Carr is a great company. I bought my IE e28 535 urethane motor mounts from their shop in Greensboro when I did my 24v motor swap. They have a nice place and know a lot about our cars. Thanks again for the good parts guys!

i am sure that CARR is a very helpful and professional business who has been in business for over 20 years, and that is Great!

but please re-read my first post. i quoted the email response that they sent back to me. that wasn't very helpful at all.

I am an enthusiast! How dare they think I am not. i gave them a link to a very informative link, which has been reposted on the top of this page by another member, which showed exactly the lowering i was to expect from the springs they were advertising as a 3" lowering spring. see how he changed his statement when he logged on here and NOW says " For the record, the H&R 50404.88 race springs will lower most E30 Six cylinder cars 2.0 or more inches when used with the correct struts and shocks. Some E30 cars may be less. I always explain this when someone calls" hah!

So i questioned their advertisement practices with helpful links and they ban me? i don't, nor have i ever used foul, or even unprofessional language toward them, or any company(seriously) and that is how they respond to me? come on.. but hey, i am sure i'm just a small percentage of people who've had a negative experience with them. They do sell great products, and are obviously a valuable resource to the bmw community.

P.S. i've been getting alot of PM's regarding this issue from other members asking about this situation.. my advice, as i try to be impartial, would be to call them up for yourselves..if you like how they handle your call, questions, and needs, by all means be a patron. but for me, i've been turned off by the way they handled my questions. i was a potential buyer don't forget.
