i need a dye because when i dissconected the old ass bolt on the controll arm it striped the stud on the outter ball joint. does any one know what size? i know the bolt is a m12x1,5.1988 e30 alpine white vert 5speed

its all good got my dye, rethreaded the ball joint. took my ride for a ripp, my god is it ever better tham stock . when i removed my old struts the were completely blown no resistance at all in the strut. thanks for everyones help.1988 e30 alpine white vert 5speed
