    Spring rates for:

    Hey all!

Here is what I am thinking:

89 325is - I will be running either 17 or 18" Work VS-XX wheels. The area I live it has some pot holes, and curbs, so that makes me think I will be running the 17"s. haha!

Any thoughts on spring rates for a set of Ground Control Coil overs with the Koni's?
'89 "is" = M technic II build mode.

Average is about 450F/550R-600R. With the Koni's I wouldn't go much higher than 700 on the springs (unless revalved).

for the street and desiring a bit of comfort..and w/ 17's.... you should consider 350f-550r ish max or anywhere in between........I assume you dont track her.

If I track it will not be with the 17" Works. haha! Might get some 15 or 16 ssr's for that.
