i was running GC's on my 318is with 450/650 rates and bilstein sports. if you are daily driving it, i wouldnt recommend anything stiffer in the front. with the different rates it didnt oversteer or understeer. it was basically perfect. the only problem i noticed ws that with the stiff springs, i could feel the rear subframe move around corners, and that was with fairly new stock bushings. if the 450/650 doesnt handle the roll the way you want, you can always go with bigger sway bars.

Get that track/school kit. It's amazing. You have a right choice for the spring rates as well 450/650, which is not that stiff unless people here are used to boat rides, plus you don't need to modify your strut tubes, trust me. I didn't and i can still go lower.Comment

Is anyone running springs shorter than 6 inches?
Does anyone else have pictures of their cars running various (coilover) setups?Originally posted by ebelementsAlso, for those who don't know, negative camber is the greatest thing since sliced bread(panera). Even tire wear is for city busses and the elderly.
