actually, any gain jordan gets is sort of counter acted by the restrictive, slow-acting AFM....the only way around that is a bigger AFM, or MAF conversion...

I was trying primarly to compare it to other intakes. Referring to what I see as the real benefit of his setup, over others, and the reason it might work out well, not so much the cone or shield (Don't remember how the stock box channels air to the AFM) I'd be skeptical of the benefits of a 3" tube running into a tiny slot, how I see aftermarket cones on E30s looking. Jordan's transition would help, IMO, even if the air has to deal with the door of the AFM.

I got a s50 engine seating im my garage ready to be put in with a packson super charger so there will be no need for MAF conversion or the intake in running now. will probably just get a K&N filter. As for Brews car im glad he got a m50 all im saying he should stop cretisizing people and do some little shit to his engine and all. As for my spelling and reading i know im not good at it cuz i moved here from Russia 3 years ago and dont know much yet so easy of on that.

It is "mounted in a car" cuz thats the parts car i got. it was in a bad roll over and only good parts are engine trans diff and the interior. Sure u can come check it out if u want.
