    I think you should have left the lip unpainted, but that's just me. It defenetely looks differnt. I'd like to see more picture, showing the whole car, really hard to make any judgement from that picture.

                All black rocks for track rims. I wouldn't do all black for street though, but I think it depends on the style of the rim.

                    No says you have to clean silver wheels......

                    I'd rather have silver wheels that may get dusty than black glossy wheels that dust "blends" in on. But I personally dislike most black wheels on most car. A few exceptions (TJ's caps for instance, good look). Why not use gunmetal to hide dust.....or just run dusty silver wheels?
