3 cans of silver if you plan on doing inside/and outside of wheel.
3 cans of clear coat to do same as above.

If you dont do Clear coat, dont even waste your time.

i have a question about this.

Do you normally unmount the tires to do this? or simply mask off the tires and just paint
the inside and oustide of the rim with the tire still mounted ?

well since i have access to a tire changer i can take the tires off... but if you want you could paint them with the tires on... it would make prepping them harder and in a paint job 90 percent is in the prep work

I painted mine with the tires on.
A good idea is to at least remove the wheel weights when painting. I forgot to do this....

Würth's spray cans are fine. Your finger will go numb and weak from holding down the nozzle though.

i was thinking as much.... tomorrow ima go to R and R my local body shop and ask what they use to refinish wheels.... i would much rather use a paint gun if possible.... but thanks for all of your input

                  What about curb rash?

For those of you who have repainted with Würth, did you have any curb rash to contend with? If so how did you address it? Dremel to smooth it or what?

I know Dremel's rock, but do you use that to clean up curb damage?

Simple file, a flat fine and a flat bastard file. Followed up with sand paper. Practice makes perfect.
