That being said, those rims will fit E30's, but you might have to roll the fenders depending on your drop and your tire size.
eh? i wasnt sayin cars do i was jus wondering what a good offset on a rim was for the e30 as i know with some cars the offset on the wheels makes a big difference to how they drive!!
For the record: I have run 16x7.5 wheels with an ET30 offset with 205 width tires on a lowered E30 and didn't experience any clearance issues. The fenders only had minor rolling done to them.

Why would you need rolling at all with that setup?
You are right J, the higher the number the more inside the fender.

Your wheels are probably way inside the fenders like mine, i got spacers for this summer.
And with that offset the wheels is very close to the strut. In front I can't put my finger between the strut and the tire/wheel
