I'm in the T1R camp. I've had a couple sets now and they have worn beautifully and seem to perform pretty well.Comment

T1Rs are great all-around tires, they are decently grippy, shed water well, are typically lighter than similar tires and do not wear all that quickly. However, the downside of a light tire is generally the sidewall, which definitely seemed a little soft when I had my set (245/45R16), they can be a bit pricey (not too bad) and they just can't compete with the lower treadwear tires when it comes to grip. Toyo happens to make them in about a thousand sizes, though, which is very nice.paint sucksComment
