Any alignment shop should be able to do it, but I'd recommend using a shop that has experience doing this.
You need to explain to them that you have adjustables, or else they might not know to do it.
There are no special skills needed to do the alignment after the kit, but because of the very limited space, you will need to use a modified wrench to be able to tighten the nuts properly. If you provide the shop with a wrench that is already modified (or willing to be modified), it will make their job much easier.
I'd recommend having them mark all of the adjusters/nuts with a paint pen so you can visually check them in the future to make sure they did not move or loosen up. If the nuts are not tightened enough, they will loosen up, fall off, and cause extremely weird handling. ask me how I know...

Here's the wrench I modified to do my last alignment. Without doing that, there is not enough movement to be able to tighten the nuts all the way.

I also have one of these guys, which sometimes helps at certain angles.

erik325i is right... without a modded wrench its pretty much impossible to adjust and/or tighten a rear subframe weld-in kit. i know from working at a shop and dealing with customers that want that on there car...
