    Cheapest place to get spacers?

All i could find through searching is H&Rs through turnermotorsports, or from www.tunershop.com, also Jordon suggested to have them machined, but i dont know how to use autoCAD.

So wheres the best/cheapest place to get spacers?

I've had very good luck dealing previously dealing with www.parts4vws.com for various parts for my GTIs.

And since VW and BMW share a common 4x100 and are the same hubcenteric

    for example:

    Robert Foster / '91 318is

ah hell, i just remembered the lugbolts for these are taper-style- is that going to work for your t-stars, or do they use ball-style seats?

AFAIK most E30 wheels and lugs are taper style. the ball is VW style.

oh- good times. :) i ditched my b-weaves a week after i got the car, which was while i was last wrenching on my old 16v, that must be what i was thinking of.

TJ- the spacers cost me $50/pair at the place i got them, the lug bolts were extra (i forget how much more). find someone else who wants 10mm more track in the rear and you can both have a pair w/ 8 bolts for $50 shipped. sound ok?

spud, i got mine here: http://www.livermoreperformance.com/ (scroll down to the grid of manufacturers, find h&r, click on wheel spacers)

it was really cheap for me because the guy was local, so i drove an hour from san jose to his place and picked the stuff up once he got it from the distributor, rather than paying shipping. but he was really chill, gave me a beer and shot the shit with me for an hour at his house.

what's the width of the wheels you're getting? (offset doesn't mean much without knowing that.) if they're 7", you might want to go with the 15mm spacers instead.

                          4 lug jetta centerbore = e30 centerbore
