Kosei 16x7.5, what offset and tires

My car has H&R sports and Koni ajustables. I want to go with the kosei k1's, but I'am not sure which offset to specify so that I don't have to run spacers. (et22 or et32) I also want to run avs100's, what the best all around size? (rubbing and spacers taken into account)

    Thanks

think of it this way. 32 is too far in, and you cant get 5 or 8mm spacers in hubcentric.

22 is a little bit further out, but a good fender rolling should be all you need. if it were me, i'd do 22mm offset, and throw on some T1-S in 225/45R16

22mm for sure. most 7.5" wide wheels for E30s are in the 20mm range, so you'll be fine with 22mm.

Dont mean to jack your thread, but i've got another question.

I'm going with Kosei k1's in the 16x7.5et22 to replace the wheels i have on there now. The tires on my current wheels are 205/45-16, and have about 60% tread left. If i ran these tires on the K1's would they be way to stetched out? or would they get me through the summer. I guess i could sell the borbet's i have now with the tires on them and get new ones, but if these tires will work for the summer i'd probabally just do that. Thanks

205s are fine on a 7.5" wheel, but the 45 profile is too short. 215/45 or 205/50 would be better.
