very nice score. with a redrill you're looking at a very cheap set of RS.

honestly, i'd get them professionally refinished at $150 a wheel. they are worth it.

That's what I was thinking. So I should expect to spend $600 for all four? The lips are curbed pretty bad, can they still be polished?

That fill and drill is trash, but put up a picture of the backside of the face. If it is flat you can redrill. If it is raised then you cannot. And don't waste your money on paying someone to polish them. It is SO EASY, go to google and do a search for BBS RS refinishing and put vwvortex after it. A guy did a sick write up including what to buy(grit paper) and how to work your way to polished finish.

Also if you are going to do this correctly, you will need a torch and an impact(trust me) there is SO many bolts to remove. And use the impact on the nut, not the bolt. So you will not engrave circle marks from the bolt head. I used a wrench and held on tight to keep the bolt from turning.

So if you are going to swap to 5 lug leave it, and do the polishing yourself. Save the money.

We'll I figured I couldpolish it my self, but the lips have ALOT of deep rash and they are bent in some places. So I guess I would want the centers powdercoated professionally, but I could polish the bolts and lips once they were fixed.

The price of professionally refurbishing, balancing, and refinishing 3-piece wheels will be closer to $250 per wheel if done properly. On top of that, these are the wrong bolt pattern AND the wrong offset for your car (surely the wrong center bore diameter as well).

Personally, I would take Levent up on his offer: trade them in.

it's perfectly safe, there are loads of us running re-drilled wheels. Plus the center cap would cover it so you would never see it.

If the lips are shit then why not get larger ones to push them to 16x9? I don't feel like doing the offset calculations but I doubt it would push them to an unacceptable range.

Edit: Eesh now that I look again, a 16x8 et 11 is a pretty good size.
