    Can you use these with adapters like e30Rob makes? Anyone have pics with these on the car with a 20MM adapter?
    I am not a fan of adapters but if you have to use a spacer anyway I might as well look at an adapter.

      Pretty much tried this. No pulling needed. Not even a roll unless your really low then maybe a slight roll in the back. I was surprised. You need something like a 205/40 or 205/45 though.

            3. Buy spacers accordingly.

            If you are on a budget, I recommend Ichiba Spacers off of ebay, they are hubcentric, perfect fit and machined aluminum. Get extended lugs from EASmotorsports. $2.50 a Lug. Call them if you are not sure of what size lugs you need, they will assist.

            If you got a fat wallet, just get H&R spacer kit that comes with the right size lugs.

            Oh, let me school you on tire sizes.

            For instance, In size 205/50/16:
            205mm= Width of the tire
            50mm= Profile size (side wall. Higher the number, taller the wall and equally opposite for lower number)
            16inch = Wheel diameter
            This is not quite correct. In a 205/50/16 tire the 50 is an aspect ratio of the tire width (in this example 205mm) to come up with a sidewall height.

            Given the above, then the 50 would be 50% of 205 or .50x205=102.5

            So lets change the tire size and see how the ratio would differ with the same aspect ratio:

            A 225/50/16 would be:
            225mm cross width
            .50x225 (this is were the difference is) would = 112.5mm sidewall. So your sidewall with a 225 tire is higher than a 205 tire with the same aspect ratio.
            and 16inch = Wheel diameter

            Make sense?

                So, did the OP have his wheels redrilled for $120 at that place in San Diego? Can anyone confirm this or possibly the quality of work that is being done?

                  Yes, he did. Quality was ok. I went there too. I would not go there again.
                  They redrilled them and pressed steel inserts into the new holes and even that was not done right. They could have done a better job but they really did not give a shit.
                  In my opinion, he did a super lousy job on my friend's perfect set of BBS style5 wheels. I would recommend LAX wheels.

                    Question... will 8mm spacers clear the front calipers? Can't seem to find a straight answer. I know 10mm clears, but can you get away with 8mm without having to shave the calipers?

                    Edit: having 10mm spacers machined for me as I type
