Only way to go on those wheels is FILL and drill. Nothing wrong with doing it that way.

The only way to save them is going to require you to have them completely filled. Then drilled out again. If your friend is not going to charge you for anything but materials i'd say it might be worth it. Either way i'll give you $40 for the wheels if you decide to chuck them.
